What is OBTEGO LogiPro?
OBTEGO LogiPro is a protection system based on a hybrid lithium silicate with integrated basic protection against the ingress of liquids and general soiling. Concrete surfaces are becoming increasingly denser, more stable and dust-free. Thanks to the integrated basic protection, the water-repellent effect of the surface quickly sets in too.
Properties
In the kappilar system of the soil with free calcium hydroxide, lithium silicate causes Ca(OH)2 to become insoluble calcium sicadate hydrate gel, which crystallizes out in the pores to form a stable microstructure.
Application
LogiPro can be used indoors as well as outdoors in logistics areas. In the outdoor area, it primarily contributes to a significant improvement in the resistance to freeze-thawing salt.
LogiPro systems
To protect logistics space, the OBTEGO R-30 system is used in most cases. However, other OBTEGO systems can also be used. Which system suits best for your logistics area, we are happy to clarify with an individual consultation.
Refurbishment

ManuPro
In order to meet the high requirements of cementitious production areas, we have developed the ManuPro solutions.
What is OBTEGO ManuPro?
OBTEGO ManuPro is a protection system for production areas. These are materials that can be seen between an impregnation and a seal.
Properties
The basis of the ManuPro solution is usually a compilation of different silanes that penetrate deeply into the surface and a silane-modified, functional polysiloxane. The capillaries are not only lined, but largely filled, resulting in a denser and thus more stable surface.
Application
The ManuPro solution is highly water and oil repellent and is therefore mostly used in an industrial environment, where increased pollution occurs.
ManuPro systems
To protect production areas, the OBTEGO R-30 and R-400 system is used in most cases. However, other OBTEGO systems can also be used. Which system suits best for your production area, we will be pleased to clarify with an individual consultation.
Refurbishment

ColorPro
For the colored protection of cementitious industrial floors, we have developed the ColorPro solutions.
What is OBTEGO ColorPro?
OBTEGO ColorPro is a novel, innovative protection system with incorporated pigments for the color design of surfaces.
Properties
The OBTEGO ColorPro solutions combine chemically with the substrate. This silicification does not allow to scratch or peel off like a coating. It is mineral (no polymer such as epoxy or PU), vapor-permeable, harmless to health and DGNB and LEED compliant.
Application
The OBTEGO ColorPro solution is applicable to absorbent, monolithic concrete floors and screeds. On extremely wing-smoothed floor coverings the solution is only conditionally usable. Areas of use are e.g. Warehousing and logistics areas, production areas, workshops etc.
ColorPro system
At the heart of the solution is the OBTEGO R-40 system.
